INOCON specializes in pipe connectors. The high-strength components, made of stainless aluminum or, alternatively, robust stainless steel, fit all standard cross-sections of round and square pipes. The clamping force of a single screw is sufficient to create a reliable connection. The pipe connectors are non-slip and durable and are resistant to vibrations. The wide selection of connector types ensures maximum flexibility in a modular system.
Below, we present our custom-made products for this application.

Base clamp connectors with elongated holes in the base plate:
Through mechanical post-processing, it is possible to incorporate customer-specific drilling patterns into the base plates of our clamp connectors. Elongated holes in an X or O arrangement facilitate assembly at the point of use.

Cross-axis slide with keyway mount:
If large torsional forces occur under high load, this linear unit with additional feather key and a slide with keyway mount ensures safe operation. The single-tube linear unit is equipped with an additional keyway as an anti-rotation device.

Joint clamp connectors made of cast steel with a galvanized surface:
In addition to our standard materials aluminum and stainless steel, we can also manufacture clamp connectors made of cast steel if required by the customer.

Parallel Clamp Connectors PS

These elements of the double-tube linear units are suitable for connecting and guiding two pipes at a fixed distance from each other. Modular System for customized workstations:

Configure your perfect assembly workstation. Height, depth, and width according to your specifications, with shelves above and below, as well as swivel and fixed casters with or without locking brakes. Swivel arms for picking containers are also possible, as is the preparation for integrated electrical installations such as sockets, switches, and lights.
